To update the credit card information associated with your account, please complete these steps:
- While logged into your GooseChase account, visit the Account Info of the Game Manager.
- Within the "Subscription" section, click the "Billing Details" link*.
- The GooseChase Billing Portal will open in a new tab. From within the Billing Portal, click the "Update a Payment Method" link, found under the "Payment Method" section.
- A "Payment Information" form will load, complete the form. Once completed, click the "Save Changes" button.
- To close the Billing Portal, click the "Exit Billing Portal" button.
*Note: If you do not see a "Billing Details" link in your Account Info, but would like to update the credit card information on your account, please contact us.
